Modisaemang Moeti of North West

North West province got the better of Eastern Cape when they beat them 3-1 during the SAFA/SAB League Under 21 championships at the Giant Stadium in Soshanguve on Thursday.
North West were the better team in the first half with man of the match Modisaemang Moeti pulling the strings in the middle of the park.
Moeti was first to test Eastern Cape goalkeeper Kwanele Bidi with a well taken free kick in the 10th minute, but the latter was equal to the task.
North West continued to dominate the first half but had to wait for the second half to register their first goal via the boot of Chapman Gaborone in the 47th minute.
The goal was a wake up call for Eastern Cape, but still it was North West that surged ahead with Nkosinathi Mahlangu finishing with a header after keeper Bidi failed to deal with a cross from the right flank in the 67th minute.
And Mosekiemang Kgosiemang refused also registered his name on the scoresheet for North West in the 77th minute.
But Eastern Cape refused to give up and they pulled one back through Aphelele Sizoyi to bring the final score to 3-1 in favour of North West.
