Siphiwo Madyibi of Eastern Cape challenged by Tebogo Maeko of Limpopo during the 2015 SAB U21 Championships

Limpopo made it three wins from three at the SAB Under-21 National Championship in Shoshanguve with a 1-0 win over the Eastern Cape on Wednesday.
Eastern Cape looked to have done enough to claim at least a point, but a late Lufuno Munyai strike propelled Limpopo top of Group B with an appetizing clash against USSA to come.
The first chance of the match fell to the Eastern Cape, Sindisa Mzayiwa sending a right-footed thunderbolt just over David Shibambu's crossbar with 20 minutes on the clock.
Limpopo took control of the tie after the half-hour mark with Khathutshelo Mbulaheni seeing his left-footed shot from range wide of goal.
They continued to dominant proceedings after the break, Sekwena Matjomane guiding his header attempt onto the crossbar on the hour mark. The woodwork again came to Eastern Cape's rescue in the 65th minute - Chris Mohale's powerful shot had the beating of Njikela Anelisa but not the frame.
The burly Vutomi Heaveman saw his shot straight at the keeper before Lufuno Munyai finally broke the deadlock with four minutes of regulation time remaining. His volley attempt leaving the Eastern Cape keeper with no chance.
There was enough time for Limpopo to hit the post once again, Calvin Mashava unlucky to see his left-footed shot canon off the crossbar.
Group B concludes on Thursday with North West taking on Eastern Cape and Limpopo battling USSA.
